Pizza dough #recipe. 1 cup flour, 3/8 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon yeast, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon olive oil. Mix all ingredients together and let sit in a covered glass container for one day. This allows the dough to rise. This should make a 10 inch pie. Set the oven to 400 degrees. Oil a cast iron pan and let the pan heat up in the oven to 400 degrees. Spread the dough out into a circle. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 minutes. Oven temperatures might vary, another option is 400 degrees for 10 minutes for the initial bake and then 10 more minutes at 400 degrees after the toppings are added. To bake the pizza pie in a few minutes would require a 1000 degree oven.
