Prices are lower than other online delivery services. Delivery is through a third party service like Postmates. Tip for delivery is optional. Walmart started as a rural network of stores. They have had significant trouble entering urban centers. People living downtown are unlikely to drive 40 minutes each way for groceries and other items.
