Pizza dough #recipe. 1 cup flour, 3/8 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon yeast, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon olive oil. Mix all ingredients together and let sit in a covered glass container for one day. This allows the dough to rise. This should make a 10 inch pie. Set the oven to 400 degrees. Oil a cast iron pan and let the pan heat up in the oven to 400 degrees. Spread the dough out into a circle. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 minutes.
