Dear Doc has some terrible sales people. First, they call and state they are calling from Apple Health Care. They say they will get you into Siri. On the initial phone call, they repeatedly state they are working with Apple and that they are Apple. This is a very deceitful business practice. Then a Zoom call is scheduled. If you aren't on time for the zoom call, the representative calls you. The representative once again claims he's working for Apple. On the Zoom call, it becomes obvious they are not Apple since their logo is on the call. Their excuse is that they have exclusive contracts with Apple. The sales person becomes rude after this and then hangs up the Zoom call. Do not take phone calls from 929-460-0565 or 816-857-3035.
