To have an indoor #tennis center with a Raqts wall in Brickell, you would need a room about 20 feet 30 feet with a ceiling heigh of at least 15 feet. It could be part of a stand alone tennis center but should probably at least sell rackets. The noise level to neighboring units would have to be considered. ...Read more
