Tesla will be added to the S and P 500 in December 2020. Yahoo was added to the index in 1999 with a market cap of $56 billion with a price earnings ratio of 900. In 2017, Yahoo was acquired by Verizon for $4.48 billion. Tesla will be entering the index with a much larger market cap, around $464 billion. It’s price earnings ratio is 964. #stocks
