Added an update function to Two Cents June 16, 2019. Save a password on the initial entry and then click edit to update the entry. Can update the content and the linking post. Share the password with a group of people to update an entry as needed. Only entries with passwords will show the edit link.

February 2020 - Tesla has increased to a $150 billion market cap and still has not made a yearly profit. In the last 25 years, technology stocks have had a long run way for profitability. Amazon would be the other example of a stock trading at high valuations before it started to report profits. The price of these stocks may be traded up initially by a limited pool of investors willing to take on the risk of unproven business models. However, once these stocks reach market capitalization milestones, they are added to indexes. Then, the risk is distributed to a broader population through ETFs and mutual funds. One solution is to come up with ETFs which can pool together large capitalization stocks and avoid non-profitable companies. #stocks

Tesla will be added to the S and P 500 in December 2020. Yahoo was added to the index in 1999 with a market cap of $56 billion with a price earnings ratio of 900. In 2017, Yahoo was acquired by Verizon for $4.48 billion. Tesla will be entering the index with a much larger market cap, around $464 billion. It’s price earnings ratio is 964. #stocks

December 2020 - Tesla will be added to the S and P 500. It’s market cap is $578 billion with a PE ratio of 1208. The Vanguard 500 Index Fund Admiral Shares and ETF has $572 billion under management. They will have to buy about $12 billion worth of shares. This is based on Facebook having a similar market cap. #stocks #tsla

Losing an Instagram Account - Created an account for a business. Only had four posts and a few stories. Three accounts on one phone. Switched to business account and it asks for a phone number to be added to the account. Confirmation security code never gets sent even with trying another phone number. Also tried updating the app. Check Instagram through the desktop and the account is no longer there.

Pizza dough #recipe. 1 cup flour, 3/8 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon yeast, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon olive oil. Mix all ingredients together and let sit in a covered glass container for one day. This allows the dough to rise. This should make a 10 inch pie. Set the oven to 400 degrees. Oil a cast iron pan and let the pan heat up in the oven to 400 degrees. Spread the dough out into a circle. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 minutes. Oven temperatures might vary, another option is 400 degrees for 10 minutes for the initial bake and then 10 more minutes at 400 degrees after the toppings are added. To bake the pizza pie in a few minutes would require a 1000 degree oven.
